Eligibility: open to Queensland residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the promoter and of Stihl Shop Nambour, and their immediate families, are not eligible. The promoter may ask the winner for ID to confirm age and residency. 3. How to enter: complete the entry form at https://hinterland-website.vercel.app/giveaway (this page will also be available at https://www.hinterlandtreeandstumpremoval.com.au/giveaway once the website moves). Free to enter. One entry per person (one per email address and phone number). No purchase, share, tag or review is required. Entries made by automated means or by third parties on someone's behalf are invalid. 4. Entry period: opens Monday 5 October 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received after the close are invalid. 5. Prize: one STIHL MS 400 C-M chainsaw (RRP $1,999), prize supplied by Stihl Shop Nambour. The prize is collected by the winner from Stihl Shop Nambour. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash. 6. Draw: 7:00pm AEST Sunday 1 November 2026, live on the promoter's Facebook page. The winner is chosen at random from all valid entries, with duplicates removed. 7. Winner notification: the winner is contacted by phone and email within 2 days of the draw. The winner's first name, surname initial and suburb will be published on the promoter's Facebook page. 8. Unclaimed prize: if the winner can't be contacted or doesn't claim the prize within 14 days of the draw, the prize will be redrawn at 7:00pm AEST Sunday 15 November 2026, live on the promoter's Facebook page, and the redraw winner will be contacted by phone and email within 2 days. 9. The promoter's decision is final. The promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms and, where allowed by law, vary or cancel the promotion if it can't run as planned. 12.
